Acceptable media file formats

Your photos should be in JPEG format, which is also known as JPG.

Make sure the files you drag and drop into the STUDEO Design Wizard are 4-5 MB (megabytes) each.
When sending photos for your digital brochure, please use files that are 1-2 MB each.
Your agent photo should be a portrait that shows you from the hips up and be between 800 KB (kilobytes) and 1.5 MB in size.

STUDEO's digital brochure supports most popular video formats, including MOV, MPEG4, AVI, and WMV.

If your videographer has already uploaded your footage to VIMEO (preferred) or YouTube then we can accept the link.

Panorama photos must be in Panorama JPEG format.
